		<description>I&#039;m glad someone decided to look into this a little more. I&#039;m not surprised at the information, though i do find it very interesting. It seems that this would have been something that was thought out a bit better. Not only does this seem to use more energy, but it also seems odd that it was ment to &quot;inprove track conditions. Driving in the morning has gone back to be pitch black again, with an other hour added in the evening. It seems more people are out driving before 7 in the morning when its still dark than at 8:30 at night when the sunsets.</description>
